BENGALURU: Students of All India Catholic University Federation (AICUF) participated in the Blind Walk conducted in the city to create awareness on eye donation.

Blindfolded students, led by volunteers, marched from MG Road to St Joseph’s Indian High School on Sunday evening in solidarity with Project Vision, an NGO.

The motive was to understand the challenges faced by the visually impaired and to encourage eye donation in order to grant the gift of vision to those who need it.

Project Vision organised the Walk in association with Avoidable Blindness and Eye Donation Committee of Rotary District 3190. Many volunteers, schools, colleges, NGOs and visually challenged people participated in the Walk.
