This year the association has aimed for holistic involvement from all the associated colleges. Dr Isac, AICUF coordinator SJC, said that previously colleges likes SJCC, SJC and Aloysius College, Mangalore, were the most active units. “We will be approaching colleges where the AICUF units are less active to take initiatives so that they too can fuel the AICUF movements.”
The theme for this year’s state congress is, “To challenge intolerance and to become agents of reconciliation.” The objective is to work for the betterment of religious and sexual minorities. Fr Bryan said, “We want our students to become instruments of peace and reconciliation and we don’t believe in tit for tat.”
